Seed Magazine is the magazine I've been waiting for. As a scientist with an undergraduate liberal arts education, I very much appreciate a magazine like Seed that attempts to put the science of our day into historical perspective -- and that is not shy in tackling the sometimes tough social issues that breakthroughs in science and technology force upon a society like ours. For science reporting, read Discover or Scientific American. For understanding science, and how it affects us as human beings, read Seed.
